There was an Italian guy posting a forced non consent comic where to friends had a falling out and one came back with a scientifically modified dick and they both transitioned but the one with the modified organ kept slipping hormones to the main character. His art improved as he released images. I’ve dug through a few subs and haven’t found it again.
