You can strip all your party and npcs will react to your nudity and your current reputation; The more lewd stuff you do, the more the townsfolk of Stroheim will begin treating you like a whore or a menace. Exibitionism plays a role in gameplay too, with enemies being able to strip you of your armor and some items being only equippable while naked.
