I’ve read the parts, but why is it Narufuta 4? where’s 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, etc. ? Like why straight out Narufuta 4?

I don’t know where you read it, but since it was released in parts, some sites kept updating the name with the latest release, so since the 4th is the last one, it ended up being called Narufuta 4
